What specialists and subspecialists do you have in the practice?

Dr. Bunte completed his cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology, and vascular medicine training at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Bunte is triple board certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology, and vascular medicine. He is an expert in diagnosing and treating most forms of heart and vascular disease.

Dr. Bunte practiced in Kansas City for over a decade before launching Arrowhead Cardiovascular Consultants. In that time, he has collaborated with a wide range of heart and vascular specialists and received specialty consults from those physicians. For any conditions that Dr. Bunte does not treat, he will provide a recommendation to another expert in the community to ensure you receive the highest level of care.

Do you provide telehealth?

  • Yes. Telehealth and virtual care options are available for follow-up care.  New patient referrals and consultations must be seen in the office. 

Do you provide stand-alone imaging?

  • Yes. Several in-office diagnostic imaging and testing services, including echocardiograms, vascular ultrasound, stress testing, and heart rhythm monitoring are available. 

Do you have an online patient portal?

  • Yes. A secure online patient portal for communication, records access, and appointment-related information is available. 

Can I contact you after hours?

  • Yes. As a patient in the Arrowhead Cardiovascular Consultants practice, Dr. Bunte is available to support your care for urgent concerns.  Matters related to billing, scheduling, medication refills, or other concerns that are not urgent are requested to be handled during normal business hours.
